Payment is generally paid on a per session basis and arranged with you individual therapist; each therapist has their own fee structure. For clients who want to use their health insurance, we provide the necessary documentation to assist in filing. In some instances, we can contact your insurance carrier for you to determine the out-of-network costs. Our clients often take advantage of this option as insurance companies may reimburse a percentage of the fees for an “out-of-network” provider. Whether or not you choose to file for reimbursement with your insurance is an individual decision; some of our clients go through their insurance companies for reimbursement while others choose not to involve their insurance company. We are happy to talk with you further about these issues.

Availability:  Appointments can be scheduled by phone or email with your therapist. Each therapist has confidential voicemail where you can leave a message. We have morning, afternoon, and evening appointments available, with some limited weekend hours. We do not have a psychiatrist on staff and therefore are not available 24/7 for medical/psychiatric emergencies. If you do have an emergency, please go to your local emergency room or call 911.

Cancellation Policy:  To remain available for all of our clients, we request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.  Appointments that are not kept and not cancelled in advance of 24 hours will be charged the regular session price.
